Your funding finds a young person, trains them through a proven partner, and reports the day they earn.
One conversation, one cohort, one report at graduation and one on the day of first income. No retainer, no membership, no naming rights you did not ask for.
Five kinds of partner, each with a different reason
Corporate responsibility teams
A cohort is a defensible unit of reporting. You fund a named group, you receive the selection list, the completion figures and the employment outcome, and you can name the individuals whose income changed.
Embassies and bilateral funds
Programmes can be scoped to a country priority: women’s economic participation, green skills, food systems, digital work. We will design against your framework rather than asking you to adopt ours.
State governments
Co-funded cohorts tied to a state workforce plan, delivered through partners with a state track record, with reporting your ministry can put before a legislature.
Foundations and family offices
A policy covering conduct towards learners, a named person responsible, and a route for a learner to complain to the Foundation directly.
Employers
Tell us what you cannot hire. We will train for it, and you interview the cohort first. This costs an employer time rather than money and is worth more than most donations.
What your money buys, line by line.
Costs are published rather than quoted on request, and they are reconciled with what the delivery partner actually charges.
Sponsor a cohort
$362
A named group of learners in one pathway, from selection through to first income.
- Tuition and instruction by the delivery partner
- Access to equipment and machine time
- Transport to the training site, and data where the pathway requires it
- Workplace readiness for every learner
- A mentor for twelve months, with follow-up at three, six and twelve months
Fund devices
$350
For learners already selected who cannot start without a laptop or a tool kit.
- Device or tool kit specified per pathway
- Issued against a signed agreement
- Owned by the learner on completion
- Serial numbers reported to the funder, recovered and reissued if a learner withdraws
Sponsor a women's cohort
Tailored
A full cohort reserved for young women, designed around the reasons women drop out of training.
- Women facilitators and women mentors
- Childcare stipend where that is the barrier
- Training hours set around market and household work
- Transport arranged rather than reimbursed
Costs will be published in naira and dollars once the first cohort is priced with the delivery partner. A partner may also commission a programme at any scale, including a state-wide cohort, on a costed proposal.
What a sponsor receives
The same for a small corporate budget and for a state commission. The scale changes. The reporting does not.
The cohort, named
The selection list with numbers, ages, locations and pathway, and the criteria the panel applied. Learner names where they have consented.
Two reports that matter
One at graduation with completion figures and the work produced. One at first income, learner by learner, with the dates.
Photographs and film you may use
Released images and short films from the cohort, cleared for your own reporting and communications.
Access, if you want it
Visit the site, meet the cohort, sit in a mentoring session. Your staff can mentor. We would rather you came than sent a logo.
The bad news first
Dropouts, delivery failures and pathways that did not convert, reported to you before they are published here.
